Director Kuniaki Tominaga

President and Representative Director of Human Creation Holdings, Inc. In POLA INC. and POLA ORBIS HOLDINGS INC., Mr. Tominaga achieved corporate growth by acquiring six of its Group's nine brands, including two overseas companies, and establishing joint ventures. He has occupied various business management positions such as M&A, IPO, subsidiary management, HR domain, overseas business, and other businesses.

Managing Director of Human Creation Holdings, Inc. and a certified public tax accountant. In addition to his general tax and financial affairs, Mr. Shimoda manages the entire Group's human resources management based on his experience of seeing many human resources.

Managing Executive Officer Hiromi Arai

Mr. Arai engaged in consulting sales at an insurance company and a real estate company, and has received numerous President's Awards. He joined fundbook, Inc. as a founding member and led the company to the No.1 position in cumulative advisory contract rate and M&A closing rate. Founded our company in 2020.
Executive Officer Satoru Tanaka

After joining Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Mr. Tanaka was engaged in M&A and overseas expansion support and received several Banking Awards. After working at Japan M&A Center Inc. he joined fundbook Inc. and received MVP for two consecutive years in FY2018 and FY2019. Founded our company in 2020.
